Community Security Initiative
We are proud to collaborate with Prince George’s County Council Member for District 7, Krystal Oriadha, to enhance community safety by providing security cameras for residents in District 7. This initiative was launched in response to the tragic loss of Jayz Agnew, a 13-year-old boy who was fatally shot while raking leaves in his front yard in 2023. The absence of surveillance footage has hindered efforts to identify the perpetrator and bring justice to Jayz’s family. Through this program, we aim to improve neighborhood security and support our community in preventing such senseless acts of violence.
Food Distribution
We are committed to combating hunger and ensuring food security for the most vulnerable members of our community. Through dedicated food drives and meal delivery services, we provide essential nourishment to those in need. We collaborate with local partners and volunteers to collect and distribute nutritious food, with a goal that no one goes hungry. Our compassionate approach extends beyond immediate relief, as we also focus on sustainable solutions to address the root causes of food insecurity. By fostering a network of support and care, we aim to create a healthier, more equitable society where everyone has access to the food they need to thrive. Our provision of these resources is reliant on available funding.
Financial Support
We want to ensure that individuals and families facing economic hardship have access to essential resources. Through targeted support programs, we offer direct financial aid and gift cards for groceries, clothing, and other necessities, alleviating the burden of everyday expenses. Our compassionate approach focuses on delivering immediate relief while empowering recipients to regain stability and self-sufficiency. By partnering with local organizations and leveraging community resources, we strive to create a safety net that uplifts and supports the most vulnerable, fostering a more resilient and inclusive society.
